Pinewood Derby Workshop RESCHEDULED

Due to impending weather tomorrow night into Saturday we are rescheduling the pinewood derby building workshop until next Saturday, the 18th. The sign up form has been updated with correct date. Scouting for Food - this is our largest service project of the year and we would love for ALL of you to participate. The first Saturday is going door to door in selected neighborhoods to hand flyers on the doors of each house. The second Saturday is to drive door to door and collect the food that those neighbors have set out for us. Food will then be delivered to Pilgrims Inn to help those in need through these cold winter months. Please sign up to help on one or both days as you are able. https://www.signupgenius....scouting#/

Blue and Gold - this is our big rank earning ceremony and the night that our AOLs cross over into the troops! There will be an RSVP required closer to the date as we will have dinner for everyone attending. Please be sure you know how your scout is doing in working towards their current rank badge! Every rank has 6 required achievements and 2 electives that must be complete by February 10th if they want to earn their badge with their fellow scouts. They can always earn it until the end of May, they just will not be called up front at Blue and Gold.

Summer Camp - We are attending Cherokee Scout Reservation in Yanceyville, NC July 30 - Aug 2. This is a 3 night camp and is for all of our scouts, current Lion through current Webelos. Only registered adults are permitted this time. If you are not registered and would like to attend, please let me know soon so we can process your application!
