Pack 109 Updates - 5/15/2025

Good morning scout family!! Just one more meeting and summer is here!!! We will be meeting on the lawn near the playground and Wesley Hall on Monday at 6:40pm. Woodland is generously cooking hot dogs and burgers for dinner for everyone attending. Each den has coordinated side dishes to bring to share. We will have our opening ceremony, start eating and then proceed with our final meeting! Make sure you bring a lawn chair for everyone and a water bottle (unless your den is doing drinks). Please have all scouts in full class A uniform if you have one. If you would like to donate your scouts hat and neckerchief at the end of the meeting we will gladly accept them and pass them on to those that need them. It's also a good time to present your scout with their next rank hat and neckerchief if you have them! We will also have the Scout Shop set up at a meeting in early September.

Also, stay tuned for some fun summertime activities. In order for your scout to earn their Summertime Fun belt loop or pin, they must attend at least 3 activities over the summer with our pack or council. Day camp counts as 1 and overnight summer camp counts as another 1. We are in the process of planning these events, but they usually are things like going to the Knights game, coming to our raingutter regatta and a welcome back party we have right before scouts starts up officially for fall.

Upcoming events for Pack 109:
Jun 06-07 - Night at the Knights June 6th - scouts are invited to the baseball game and then camp on the field after the game. They provide a light breakfast the next morning. There will be a parade before the game for the scouts and it’s their Scooby Doo night. Gates open at 5pm and the first pitch is at 6:30pm. You can just go for the game if you do not wish to sleep on the field. Scouts who spend the night will receive a patch. Prices are $26 for the game and sleepover or $21 for just the game. This price does not include taxes or fees. Jessie has purchased her tickets already and is in section 119 Row B so you can all try to sit together.
